The Mohawk Indians are credited with the bronze medal, but they tied their only match with the St. Louis AAA, so I award them the points for joined second place.
The Haudenosaunee are today considered a separate nation in the sport of Lacrosse, from both sides of the US (State of New York) - Canada (Province of Ontario) border. In contrast to his team-mates, Alimighty Voice was born on a reservation in the USA, and he also died there. I shall call him American, not Canadian.
