Olympic Competitor nr 1636

US National, in 1900 playing for Golf Club de Paris, and therefore classed in the French "team" by the OlyMADMen, but not by me. He was also a member of the Glen Echo Club in St.Louis, and his 1900 experience insured that Golf was also represented at the 1904 Olympics.
In 1920 he purchased a field outside St.Louis and flew balloons and planes from there. He later donated the field to the city and it is now Lambert International Airport.
