There are seven hockeyers on the 1964 Hong Kong team that come from Macao. Although they have different histories with regards to Hong Kong, it seems clear that Macau athletes were accepted in the Hong Kong delegation. Therefore, I will consider them as being from Macau.
Since Macao does not currently have an NOC, these athletes must be considered of Chinese nationality.
